The Empower Nutrition Plan is based on a Nutritional program that is tailored to your individual needs.  This program includes weekly check in’s, via phone, along with daily text messages for motivation and to keep you on point.  Your nutrition plan is monitored and designed with your specific goals and needs in mind whether or not you are just looking to get in better shape, preparing for a fitness competition, your wedding, class reunion, or just want to feel better about yourself, the Empower Nutrition program will get you the results you need.

4-week program Cost $150/month includes a free box of Empower Bars.

Along with the Empower Nutrition program you will get a customized workout program designed for your specific goals.  This will include a cardio and weight training program.  Not a gym member? No problem, I can design a program that you can do in the privacy of your own home.  Please let me know if you will be working out at home or in a gym upon sign up.
